What do critics have to say about the increasing populatiry of cosmetic and plastic surgery?

Cosmetic aesthetic surgery has a fair share of fans and critics. The criticism for the rise in ethnic plastic surgery has been mounting for years; however, ethical use of plastic surgery has proven a boon for breast cancer survivors. 102,200 breast reconstruction surgeries were done in 2014; a rise of 7%. American Society of Plastic surgeons started the ‘Breast Reconstruction Awareness Campaign’ in 2012 to educate and empower women who battle cancer.
